I took this photo at my local supermarket named Reve (sounds like raver). Currywurst is pork sausage with a ketchup and curry sauce. Usually served with fries (pommes) it’s one of Berlin’s famous dishes. I can’t say I eat much of it or love it but I do see the locals chowing it down. Of course I don’t think many people eat this frozen variety!

I must say, I don’t know that I approve of mixing curry sauce with ketchup! That sounds like something we Americans would do.
